Dr. Golani completed her 3-year Family Medicine residency at the University of North Dakota, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Dr. Golani began her medical journey at Ziauddin University in Karachi, Pakistan, where she graduated with her medical degree. She subsequently pursued a research fellowship in Cardiology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, deepening her clinical knowledge and research acumen.
Following her residency, Dr. Golani earned Board certification from both the American Board of Family Medicine and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Her training and experiences across continents have shaped a unique, globally informed approach to care—one rooted in empathy, prevention, and continuity. Dr. Golani takes pride in providing culturally competent, holistic care for her patients.
Dr. Golani currently practices comprehensive family medicine, encompassing office-based care, chronic disease management, preventive health, and women’s health. She has a particular interest in fostering long-term patient relationships and empowering individuals and families to take an active role in their health journeys.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Golani enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. She values balance in her life and brings that same sense of vitality and mindfulness to her work in family medicine.
